Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and repair malfunctioning home appliances efficiently and accurately.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
– Maintain an organized inventory of tools and repair parts.
– Complete service reports and documentation for each job performed.
– Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques in the industry.
– Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a home appliances repair technician or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Good communication and customer service skills.
– Valid UAE working license is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
